Focused help when you need it…

My clients are often experiencing tough moments in their lives. Difficult decisions. Family or workplace dilemmas. Feeling overwhelmed, inadequate or trapped. Lacking something. Lost in their career or life. Unsure how to have tough conversations with partners, parents, employers or colleagues. Struggling to live up to other people’s expectations of them. They may suspect that there are patterns to these challenges but find it hard to put their finger on them.

Offering brief psychotherapy, after an initial short conversation to answer any questions that you might have and to make sure that I suit your needs, I see clients for 6 sessions, helping them to focus on specific issues, goals or tasks. These sessions are recorded and you receive the recording shortly after each one so that you can review it at any time.

If you decide to work on something longer-term, then I will endeavour to refer you to a therapist offering the right kind of further support.
